CHISHOLM is organized into business units that trade on a global basis in a full range of dairy and related products (including cheese, milk powders and blends, milk fats, functional milk proteins and nutraceutical ingredients, whey derivatives, ice cream, and egg products). CHISHOLM's primary role is to provide (as principals), dairy commodities and ingredients to food processors, importers and distributors the world over.
